Vice President should have an experience of Leading business & should be managing Delivery, SLAs, P&L, Compliance, Employee Engagement, People initiatives and retention, Performance management and Stake holder management. Incumbent should have knowledge of Investment banking and should be familiar with complete business model including 4 business verticals for Deutsche Bank Investment Services i.e., Tax Services, Asset Services, Trade Processing and Operations Control.

Your key responsibilities
Responsible for managing SLAs as per agreed Service specifications for all processes under Deutsche Bank Investment Services operations
Establishes and implements short- & long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and changes required for improvement.
Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans
Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed
Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
Monthly / Quarterly reviews with Client & Client teams. Weekly / Monthly internal reviews, Service Board Reviews
End to end management of workforce including position creation and all approvals.
Ensure all cost targets are met and CPP (Cost per Person is under check)
Planning & strategizing BCMS roles and responsibilities
SLA Management, Meeting Quality targets, Employee engagement and retention, managing controlled attrition, C-SAT management, Participation in offshoring meetings along with Delivery Assurance
Handling people related issues and conducting skip meetings/Focus Group meetings and Town Halls.
