Role Overview: Responsible for making cold calls, following up on leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into paying customers. Key Responsibilities: ● Make daily outbound calls from provided data. ● Pitch CrestPulse services to prospects (social media, digital marketing, web development, etc.). ● Identify client needs and position solutions accordingly. ● Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/marketing team. ● Maintain call records and update CRM with lead status. ● Follow up consistently until conversion. ● Achieve weekly/monthly lead conversion targets.
RequirementsExcellent communication skills (Hindi & English). ● Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability. ● Confident and polite phone manner. ● Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM). ● Sales-driven mindset with persistence.
