Multi-Platform Proficiency: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube—and staying current on trends
✅ Social Strategy Development: Planning and executing campaigns aligned with broader marketing goals.
Content Creation Skills
✅ Creative Writing & Copy: Engaging captions and brand‑consistent tone .
✅ Visual & Video Content: Designing posts and short-form videos (e.g. reels), often using Canva or similar tools
✅ Collaborative Production: Working with content and creative teams to align visuals with brand aesthetic.
Analytics & Reporting
✅ Performance Monitoring (KPI): Tracking engagement, reach, impressions, and other campaign metrics
✅ Data-Driven Optimization: Analyzing results to refine future posts and campaigns.
Community Engagement
✅ Active Listening & Response: Monitoring brand mentions, community comments, and customer inquiries
✅ Timely Engagement: Interacting with followers in the brand voice, escalating issues when needed
Collaboration & Campaign Support
✅ Cross-Functional Coordination: Working alongside marketing, product, and corporate communications teams

Tools & Technical Savvy
