Job Description: Social Media Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)

Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, banners, and stories

Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas

Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads – if required)

Monitor daily performance, track analytics, and prepare reports

Increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through social media

Stay updated with social media trends, tools, hashtags, and algorithms

Coordinate with design, SEO, and sales teams for campaigns

Engage with the audience by replying to comments, DMs, and queries

Manage brand reputation and ensure consistent branding across platforms

Requirements:

Required Experience : 2-3 years 

Strong understanding of all social media platforms

Knowledge of paid advertising, targeting, and campaign optimization (preferred)

Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)

Creative mindset and strong communication skills

Understanding of online marketing, analytics, and lead generation

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
