Businesses development Executive

 Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media and events.
 Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
 Collaborate with the sales and Marketing team to identify target audiences and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
 Create engaging content for various platforms aimed at attracting and converting leads.
 Conducting sales meetings with clients, either virtually or by visits in person.
 Introducing, demonstrating, and familiarizing clients with products or services and negotiating sales deals with clients.
 Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize lead generation efforts.
 Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, trade shows and promotional activities to attract potential clients.
 Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients to gather feedback and improve marketing tactics.
 Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and sales performance.

 Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or a related field.
 1-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
 Strong understanding of sales and marketing tools and techniques.
 Proven track record in developing successful lead generation campaigns and sales.
 Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
