Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media and events. Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Collaborate with the sales and Marketing team to identify target audiences and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly. Create engaging content for various platforms aimed at attracting and converting leads. Conducting sales meetings with clients, either virtually or by visits in person. Introducing, demonstrating, and familiarizing clients with products or services and negotiating sales deals with clients. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize lead generation efforts. Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, trade shows and promotional activities to attract potential clients. Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients to gather feedback and improve marketing tactics. Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and sales performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation. Strong understanding of sales and marketing tools and techniques. Proven track record in developing successful lead generation campaigns and sales. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
