Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced SDR to help drive our outbound lead generation efforts. This role will focus on LinkedIn-based prospecting, digital outreach, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of experience in business development and a strong ability to connect with global prospects, particularly within the US market. Bold Business is a US-based leading global business processing outsourcing firm with over 25 years experience and $7B+ in client engagements. We enable small and publicly traded businesses to scale by providing global outsourcing talent services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and targeted outreach to generate new business opportunities. Engage and qualify leads through personalized messages and follow-up strategies. Support the sales team by identifying potential clients and scheduling discovery calls. Maintain organized outreach documentation to track engagement, follow-ups, and next steps manually. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or appointment setting. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage US-based clients professionally and effectively. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage high-volume outreach. Ability to adapt messaging based on prospect needs and business objectives. Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
