Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and oversee multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels

Content Creation & Publishing

• Create, edit, and publish high-quality photos and videos for social media
• Develop engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos
• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting

Trend Monitoring & Strategy

• Monitor social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms
• Stay updated with industry best practices and implement innovative ideas

Community Engagement

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries
• Build and nurture an active online community

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
• Generate reports and actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI

Paid Campaign Management

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns
• Manage budgets and optimize performance for better reach and conversions

Organic Growth & Optimization

• Optimize social media profiles for improved visibility and traffic
• Implement strategies for organic growth and audience expansion

Collaboration & Research

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to maintain brand consistency
• Track competitor activities and identify new opportunities for growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of proven experience in social media management
• Strong content creation skills (photo/video editing preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms
• Understanding of paid advertising and organic growth strategies
