We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist / SEO Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of analysts while driving SEO strategies to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project management, client communication, and delivering high-quality SEO solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO analysts.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and traffic.
• Manage project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance, providing insights and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices.

• 2-3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS, Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Experience handling enterprise or eCommerce websites.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SEO tools.
