Designation : AutoCAD Operator- Cadastral

Below are your Job Roles and Responsibilities :

• Interpreting project briefs and meeting with Clients, Engineers, Project Managers to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.
• Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints with a keen eye for precision.
• Visiting sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.
• Updating software, drawings, and other documents.
• Remaining professional when feedback is delivered, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible.
• Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles and are submitted well in time/ per the shared timelines.
• Communicating potential design issues as per the requirement and conducting research when required.
• Any other responsibility if found necessary by the management in due course would also be included.
• You will be training the Fresh personnel under you and make sure they are trained and are responsible for their performance in projects. Also ensure taking responsibility of their performance and also provide reviews after completion of training to management about overall training sessions/ duration.
• Taking lead and ownership in Execution & Closure of allocated Job Task/ Responsibilities, Management of allocated resources, Adhering timelines for execution of work so as to have the best productivity from the team, Taking initiatives for the newer task will be vital.
