Understand client requirements and identify potential candidates for contract staffing.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, internal database).

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and understand evolving needs.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Follow up with selected candidates and assist in the onboarding process.

Maintain and update internal records and trackers.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of recruitment/staffing processes.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook).

Familiarity with job portals and networking platforms is a plus.
