About Us

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.

  • Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams.

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.

  • Assist in onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.

  • Maintain employee records and support in staff attendance and leave management.

  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing needs.

  • Support HR in organizing training sessions, activities, and team events.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements at once.

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, documentation, etc.).

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in staff management or recruitment will be an added advantage.
