Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Assist in onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
Maintain employee records and support in staff attendance and leave management.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing needs.
Support HR in organizing training sessions, activities, and team events.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements at once.
Basic knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, documentation, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in staff management or recruitment will be an added advantage.
