  • Develop deliverable content/documentation for assigned projects/functionalities.

  • Maintain deliverable content/documentation for existing projects/functionalities.

  • Maintain client communication and work as bridge between client and workforce.

  • Maintain long-term relationship with clients for future endeavors.

  • Maintain project change requests and update budget & timelines accordingly.

  • Monitor project development process and lifecycle.

  • Manage necessary documentation upon project completion, like case studies and client feedback.
