Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive – Payroll to manage the end-to-end payroll process for the organization. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, managing compliance with statutory regulations, and coordinating with multiple departments to gather necessary inputs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency, and a keen eye for detail.
 

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including data validation, salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements. 
Coordinate with the accounts, operations, and HR teams to ensure timely collection and verification of attendance, leaves, and other payroll inputs. 
Ensure adherence to all applicable statutory and labor compliance requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.). 
Maintain payroll records, generate reports, and handle audits and inspections as required. 
Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly. 
Ensure timely filing of monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns. 
Stay updated with labor laws and payroll best practices to ensure continuous compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 
1–2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing. 
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is a must. 
Strong understanding of payroll systems and statutory compliance requirements. 
Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail. 
Good communication and coordination skills. 
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
