Maintenance Executive

Position: Maintenance Executive
Company: WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall vehicle maintenance and servicing.

• Monitor and control vehicle breakdown percentage to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on field.

• Manage and guide field employees like mechanics and helpers.

• Coordinate and arrange transport of vehicle parts to other cities if required.

• Coordinate with the Operations Department for smooth communication regarding vehicle updates and availability.

• Keep records of vehicle performance, repairs, and maintenance schedules.

• Ensure availability of vehicles for daily operations.

• Maintain proper data and reports in MS Excel.

• Report regularly to management regarding vehicle status and maintenance activities.

Eligibility:

• Minimum Graduate/Diploma (Mechanical background preferred).

• Car, Truck Service centre experience is mendatory.

• Good knowledge of vehicle parts, maintenance, and management.

• Basic MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

• Experience in vehicle fleet/maintenance management will be an added advantage.
