We are currently on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Flutter Developer to become a part of our innovative and cooperative team. This position entails crafting premium, cross-platform mobile applications utilizing the Flutter framework.
Required Skills
Core Responsibilities:
1. Design, Develop, Deploy: Undertake the designing, development, testing, maintenance, and deployment of software created with the Flutter framework and Dart language.
2. UI Implementation: Create and integrate user interface components while adhering to best practices and workflows in Flutter/Dart.
3. Collaboration Effective Communication: Engage actively with various teams, maintaining clear and effective communication with product and engineering leads to achieve business and project goals.
4. Quality Assurance: Involve in the processes of testing, quality assurance, and resolving bugs and issues.
5. Timely Delivery: Guarantee the on-time delivery of high-quality projects and their deployment to the Google Play Store, App Store, and 3rd party MDM platforms.
6. Code Review: Perform code assessments to ensure adherence to best practices and security guidelines.
7. Continuous Improvement: Contribute proactively to the enhancement of development processes and keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in Flutter development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Demonstrable experience in developing and deploying Android/iOS applications on Google Play/App Store.
2. At least one year of professional experience in developing and delivering Flutter-based apps is mandatory.
3. In-depth knowledge of state management, Flutter flavors, API integrations, local storage/database, and comprehensive app architecture.
4. Familiarity with Git distributed version control system is crucial.
5. Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have a proactive and self-driven approach to assignments.
6. Experience in developing apps and software for consumer goods will be an added advantage.
7. Possession of a degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferable.
