Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition, payroll processing, and employee onboarding functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing HR strategies that drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to attract and retain top talent.

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to offer negotiations.

Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and build a talent pipeline.

Onboarding & Employee Experience:

Lead a structured onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of new hires.

Conduct orientation programs and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.

Foster a positive workplace culture through employee wellness and engagement initiatives.

Payroll & Compensation Management:

Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including salary disbursement and tax compliance.

Manage statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS) and employee benefits administration.

Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Compliance & HR Policies:

Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain HR records, contracts, and legal documentation as per industry standards.

Implement HR best practices to improve workplace productivity and retention.

Performance Management & Training:

Develop and execute performance management systems, including regular appraisals.

Identify skill gaps and arrange employee training & development programs.

Address performance concerns and drive strategies for professional growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3- 7 years of HR experience in recruitment, payroll, and compliance.

Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and payroll processing.

Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

Proficient in HR software & payroll management systems.
