HR Recruiter

✔️ End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and final selection
✔️ Understanding technical job descriptions and skill requirements to identify the right candidates
✔️ Sourcing candidates through various channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
✔️ Coordinating and scheduling interviews with internal teams and clients
✔️ Conducting initial HR and technical screenings
✔️ Building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
✔️ Maintaining candidate database and preparing regular reports for recruitment tracking
✔️ Working closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs
✔️ Following up with selected candidates for joining and documentation
✔️ Staying updated with current recruitment trends and industry demands
✔️ Supporting employer branding initiatives and participating in job fairs/career events when needed

 Experience: 2–4 Years

Domain Expertise: Must have experience in both IT & Non-IT recruitment
