HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Executive / HR Manager to manage all human resource activities in our Pigment manufacturing company. This includes hiring, employee management, legal compliance, training, and payroll to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities Hiring & Talent Management:

• Find and hire skilled employees.
• Work with department heads to fulfill staffing needs
• Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws.
• Handle disciplinary actions when needed.
• Plan and organize employee training programs.
• Manage salary payments and employee benefits.
• Maintain employee records and generate HR reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in the paint chemical or manufacturing industry).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
