We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing engaging visuals that support our digital and branding initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create designs that elevate our brand and drive user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Daily Website Banners: Create visually appealing banners to promote products, events, and special offers on our website.
Develop Landing Pages: Design and produce landing pages that clearly communicate key messages and encourage user interaction and conversions.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with marketing, product management, and development teams to understand design requirements, objectives, and timelines.
Translate Ideas into Designs: Convert conceptual ideas into creative, visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and maintain consistency across all channels.
Stay Updated on Trends: Continuously research and apply new design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance design quality and innovation.
Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high design standards.
Adhere to Design Standards: Follow typography, graphic design standards, and the style guide for both app and web designs to maintain a cohesive look and feel.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio demonstrating strong design skills.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, etc.).
Understanding of web design, UX/UI principles, and responsive design.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
