We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) and Scrum Master to join our team for managing e-commerce website projects. This role requires a dynamic individual who can act as a bridge between business needs and technical teams while driving Agile practices in the development of e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in e-commerce platforms, Agile methodologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, and vendors) to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of e-commerce needs, customer journeys, and business processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Host workshops, interviews, and focus groups to ensure all business needs are understood and documented.
• Ensure that the delivered solution meets business expectations and provides value.
• E-Commerce Expertise:
• Understand e-commerce systems, including shopping carts, payment gateways, product catalogs, and user interfaces.
• Provide expertise in recommending improvements for UI/UX and features that enhance customer experience.
• Documentation:
• Create detailed documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, use cases, and wireframes.
• Maintain and update project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Agile Facilitation:
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Ensure the team follows Scrum practices, removes impediments, and stays on track with sprint goals.
• Coach the team to improve their understanding of Agile principles and self-organization.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for sprints.
• Track and report project progress using Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Ensure timely delivery of increments while maintaining a high level of product quality.

• Education:
• Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM) preferred.
• Experience:
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master in e-commerce projects.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Shopify ) and their business models.
• Proven experience in gathering and managing requirements in an Agile environment.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
