- Hire the right employees by actively being involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Make company policies and keep updated according to new norms
- Assist in performance management processes
Requirements
- 3+ year experience working in HR Field
- Minimum 2+ year experience in IT Company as HR
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay benefits, recruitment, training development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
