Full Stack developer

Requirements

Mandatory Skills:
• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Go programming, with expertise in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient backend code, a strong understanding of Go’s syntax, routines, channels, concurrency patterns, memory management, and interface design, along with proficiency in systems design, scalable architecture, performance optimization, and integration with microservices.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Angular: Proficiency in front-end Angular framework, HTML, CSS, and responsive design. Working on the latest angular versions would be beneficial.
• Experience with Automation testing & Unit testing using Playwright and K6.
• Strong experience in investigating, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale enterprise systems. Need a methodical and systematic problem-solving approach, combined with a solid awareness of ownership, business impact, initiative & drive. You will ensure that the product deployments are running with minimum downtime, and mechanisms are in place to ensure that the deployment is failproof, with no data loss or availability issues.
• Must have experience in both frontend & backend development for 8 to 10 years. This role expects the candidate to be a full-stack developer and must be able to work independently.
• Valid experience in developing highly scalable, highly available, distributed Cloud (SaaS) services and solutions. Should be able to understand complex microservice based distributed architecture from the ground up quickly.
• Experienced in working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Casandra, Redis, etc.
• Ability to analyze & understand the project requirements, and functional specifications, and work with development teams in building appropriate solutions. This role expects the candidates to be well-versed in ideating and documenting the requirements.
• Proficient understanding of GIT-based code versioning tool GitHub & GitHub Actions.
• Working knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud deployment and services.
• Skilled in containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Should be very strong in logic & algorithms
• Should have a conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process
• Should have Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of juggling multiple tasks and related complexities at the same time
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum-like environment will be expected
• Staying abreast of digital methodologies and technologies in the industry, and ensuring continuous learning and improvement of self and team

Good to Have Skills:
• Experience with BDD/ TDD is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Node.js or other back-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Terraform, and advanced DevOps processes.
• Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve.
• Experience with data modeling & schema definition
• Awareness of web application cybersecurity standards.
