Ltd. is seeking an experienced WordPress Theme & Plugin Developer with a strong technical background in developing and submitting themes and plugins for approval on WordPress.org, ThemeForest, Envato Elements, and other premium platforms. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress development and be proficient in writing high-quality, optimized, and scalable code. Key Responsibilities: Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins that meet industry standards. Ensure compliance with WordPress.org, ThemeForest, and Envato Elements guidelines for theme and plugin submission and approval. Optimize themes and plugins for performance, security, and SEO best practices. Debug and fix issues related to PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and REST API. Collaborate with designers and other developers to enhance user experience. Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, security updates, and coding standards. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress theme and plugin development. Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, MySQL, and WordPress Hooks & Filters. Experience with WordPress REST API and Custom Post Types. Familiarity with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, Elementor, and other WordPress page builders. Experience in submitting and getting approval for themes/plugins on WordPress, ThemeForest, and Envato. Knowledge of Git version control and development workflows. Ability to write clean, well-documented, and modular code. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js is a plus. Knowledge of headless WordPress development. Familiarity with Laravel or other PHP frameworks. Understanding of SEO and Core Web Vitals optimization.
