TumGifts.com is launching with a massive catalog of cakes, gifts, and flowers. We have the vendors, but we need to get their products online fast. We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Operations Intern who can handle the backend of our website. You will be responsible for ensuring that every product listed looks perfect, has the right price, and is in the correct category.
What You Will Do:
- Product Listing (The Core Task):
- Upload product details (Name, Description, Price, Images) onto the TumGifts Admin Panel.
- Ensure correct categorization (e.g., placing a "Red Velvet Cake" under Cakes > Premium and not just General).
- Quality Control:
- Verify that the prices matched the Vendor Agreement (Data Accuracy).
- Check for spelling errors or low-quality images before hitting "Publish."
- Inventory Management:
- Mark items as "Out of Stock" instantly when reported by vendors.
- Update prices during sale events or festivals.
- Operational Support:
- Assist the Chief of Staff in tracking daily order numbers in Excel/Google Sheets.

- Computer Proficiency: You are fast on the keyboard. You know standard shortcuts (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Alt+Tab) like a pro.
- Detail-Oriented: You spot the difference between "₹500" and "₹5000" instantly. A typo in price can cost the company money.
- Tech Comfort: You are comfortable learning new software (Admin Panels, CMS, Google Sheets).
- Speed: We have hundreds of products to upload. You need to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
