Android Developer

Responsibilities:
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
Collaborate with cross - functional teams to define , design , and ship new features
Work with outside data sources and APIs. Unit - test code for robustness , including edge cases , usability , and general reliability
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Continuously discover , evaluate , and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency Desired Skills:

Knowledge of Core JAVA and OOPs
Knowledge of JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , PhoneGap would be an added advantage
Experience with Unit Testing
Should have published at least five original Android apps
Experience with latest Android SDK. Experience working with remote data via REST , SOAP and JSON
Experience with third - party libraries and APIs
Experience with creating APIs and creating server side application (Java)
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape , architectures , trends , and emerging technologies
Knowledge of mobile frameworks like Sencha Touch , Titanium etc would be an added advantage
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
High energy and drive to work in a start - up like environment
Excellent team player
Good communication skills
Qualifications:
B.Tech , B.E , MCA with 65%+ throughout
3+ years of Android development. Experience with Android Studio or Eclipse Must
