We have urgent hiring for Project Manager for Gurgaon location.

Job Summary - Project Manager will lead and oversee complex government technical projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of customer and client interaction.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in end to end project management, with a focus on IT/CNS/Telecom/Electronics or similar fields.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Electronics /Electrical/Mechanical or a related field.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
