Lead the strategy workstream on 1-2 brand and digital client projects within an integrated, multidisciplinary client team Design and facilitate client workshops, stakeholder and consumer interviews Synthesize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful and intuitive insights that drive creative concepts Support (and sometimes lead) research into industry trends, competitive information, along with consumer insights to create and present concepts and recommendations in a compelling and impactful way to internal teams and senior level clients When necessary, communicate ideas and concepts to internal or client teams through UX artifacts, including journey maps, user flows, IA diagrams, or wireframes both as an individual and in collaboration with the teams designers Be comfortable working on a singular account or iterative project for 1+ years in addition to intermittent shorter term engagements Balance customer needs, client objectives and the requirements of the team throughout a project Partner with the Strategy Director on your team to support and contribute to the broader strategic direction across the team, including creating case studies and sharing internal knowledge, mentoring junior strategists and creating deeper relationships with clients What you ll bring: 5+ years of strategy experience which includes leading digital programs and engagement projects for large and small brands across a variety of industries Experience with all phases across the design process, from discovery and design, into development and release A broad set of strategic skills and experiences across digital user experience, digital content and information architecture, digital brand, digital marketing, mobile applications, social media and campaigns Experience leading and supporting workshops with mid-to-senior level clients leveraging Design Thinking frameworks Experience in successfully collaborating within large multi-disciplinary teams Role: Analyst Relations Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: Marketing & Communication Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Corporate Communication Education UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate Key Skills Qualitative researchdigital contentSocial mediaLeadership trainingConsumer insightsMobile applicationsResearchManagementDigital marketingInformation architecture
