The Raigad Group is looking for a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security operations, manage security personnel, and ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, assets, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security guards and security operations.
• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Ensure proper implementation of security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security inspections and patrols.
• Maintain visitor records, gate registers, and security documentation.
• Investigate and report security incidents, accidents, and irregular activities.
• Coordinate with management regarding security-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with safety and emergency response procedures.
• Prepare daily security reports and maintain records.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Additional security-related training or certification will be an advantage.

Experience

• 3–8 Years of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing plants, industrial facilities, warehouses, or corporate environments preferred.
