📍 Location: Murbad, Thane, Maharashtra

Raigad Steel Roll Forms (RSRF) is looking for a skilled and experienced PEB Production Engineer to oversee production activities related to Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Structural Steel Fabrication. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of PEB manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor daily production activities for PEB and structural steel components.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per project schedules.
• Coordinate with design, planning, quality, and dispatch departments.
• Monitor fabrication processes including cutting, welding, drilling, assembly, and finishing.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production reports and monitor shop-floor productivity.
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Civil Engineering.

Experience

• 3–8 Years of experience in Production Engineering.
• Experience in the PEB Industry is mandatory.

✅ Candidates from Murbad, Kalyan, Bhiwandi, Shahapur, Ambernath, Badlapur, and nearby locations will be preferred
