Job Title Frontend Developer. Location Gurugram. Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Minimum Qualification B.Tech (or equivalent). Key Responsibilities. Development Develop and implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Framework Expertise Build and maintain complex web applications using a modern JavaScript framework like React.js (preferred), Vue.js, or Angular.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of component lifecycle, state management, and performance optimization techniques within the chosen framework.
UI/UX Design & Implementation Translate UI/UX designs and prototypes from Figma (or similar tools) into pixel-perfect, functional web interfaces.
Collaborate with designers to refine designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsiveness & Cross-Browser Compatibility Develop and test applications across various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and devices (desktops, tablets, and mobile) to ensure consistent performance and user experience.
Performance Optimization Optimize website performance by addressing issues related to page load speed, rendering, and resource management.
Utilize performance analysis tools and techniques to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
API Integration Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs using RESTful or GraphQL principles.
Manage data flow and handle asynchronous requests effectively.
Shopify Development (Preferred) Experience with Shopify theme development and customization is a significant plus.
Familiarity with Liquid templating language and Shopify's API is highly desirable.
Version Control Utilize Git for version control, branching, merging, and code review workflows.
Testing & Debugging Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application stability.
Debug and troubleshoot issues across different browsers and devices.
Collaboration Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality products.
Continuous Learning Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and proactively seek opportunities to improve your skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications. Proficiency Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS (including preprocessors like Sass or Less), and JavaScript (ES6+).
Framework Expertise Strong proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework (React.js preferred, Vue.js or Angular considered).
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the framework's core concepts and best practices.
UI/UX Design Understanding Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience translating designs from Figma (or similar tools) into functional interfaces.
Responsive Design Experience building responsive and mobile-first web applications.
Performance Optimization Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools.
API Integration Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
Version Control Proficient in using Git for version control.
Testing & Debugging Experience with testing frameworks (i.e., Jest, Cypress) and debugging tools.
Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Communication Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice To Have). Shopify theme development experience (Liquid templating language).
Experience with state management libraries (i.e., Redux, Vuex).
Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR).
Familiarity with build tools (i.e., Webpack, Parcel).
