Senior QA Engineer

Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams (eg developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.

Create detailed, comprehensive and we'll-structured test plans and test cases.

Setup testing SoPs to ensure catch 95% of all bugs before it reaches the clients in the first 6 months.

Hire and train at least 3 QA engineers in the first 6 months.

Leverage LLMs (gen-AI) to set-up testing pipeline to increase basic testing productivity by 50% in the first 6 months.

Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
