Job Summary:

Telepathy Infotech is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to strengthen our information security posture and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards. The role involves implementing robust security measures, conducting audits, and managing risk across all cybersecurity domains.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) to identify and mitigate security risks.

Conduct Cybersecurity Audits and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Deliver Cybersecurity Training to employees and stakeholders.

Carry out Risk Assessments and develop strategies to minimize potential threats.

Implement and maintain Cybersecurity Compliance and Resilience Frameworks.

Manage Cloud Security protocols and ensure secure cloud infrastructure.

Oversee Infrastructure Security and safeguard network and system components.

Provide Forensics Consulting and investigate security incidents.

Monitor and manage Security Operations Center (SOC) Services.

Execute Patch Management to keep systems updated and secure.

Draft and maintain Security Policies and perform Gap Analysis across cybersecurity domains.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity roles with knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

Expertise in VAPT, SOC operations, and risk management.

Strong understanding of cloud security and infrastructure protection.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
