Video Editor - Intern

As a Video Editor Intern at TechUp Labs, youll gain hands-on experience working on engaging video content for real-world products and campaigns. You ll collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to craft compelling video narratives that align with our brand. You ll also learn to integrate AI tools into your workflow to increase efficiency and creativity. Key Responsibilities: Edit and produce video content for marketing, product demonstrations, social media, and internal communications. Work with raw footage, animations, and graphics to build polished videos. Use AI-powered tools to generate visuals, improve video quality, or streamline editing tasks. Collaborate with the design and content teams to align video output with branding and messaging. Stay up-to-date with video trends, editing techniques, and AI tools for creative video production. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video assets across multiple platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications: Basic knowledge or strong interest in video editing with a sample portfolio (academic, freelance, or personal projects). Familiarity with any major video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar). Interest in experimenting with AI tools like ChatGPT, Runway, or other creative tech platforms for ideation or video enhancement. Good understanding of visual storytelling, sound design, transitions, and pacing. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with motion graphics or animation tools like After Effects is a plus. Understanding of social media platforms and short-form video trends is an advantage.
