Job Responsibilities:

1. Office opening and closing activities.
2. Handling daily logistics operations and coordination.
3. Receiving, checking, storing, and delivering materials as required.
4. Material pickup and delivery from vendors, clients, and offices.
5. Managing courier, parcel, and shipment handling.
6. Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing materials.
7. Document management, filing, and maintaining logistics-related records.
8. Scanning, printing, and organizing documents.
9. Delivering documents to banks, clients, government offices, and other locations.
10. Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for material requirements.
11. Purchasing stationery and cleaning materials as per office requirements.
12. Maintaining office stock and assisting in inventory control.
13. Handling staff lunch parcel arrangements.
14. Tea service and client hospitality support when required (in absence of responsible staff).
15. Filling water tanks and ensuring basic office facility support.
16. Assisting in loading, unloading, and movement of materials.
17. Ensuring timely completion of assigned logistics tasks.
18. Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of office materials.
19. Supporting administrative and operational activities as required.
20. Reporting daily work updates to the reporting manager.
21. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
