UI/UX Design Intern

What You’ll Do

• Design responsive, mobile-first interfaces for web & mobile.
• Build and maintain components, variants, and flows in Figma & FigJam.
• Apply fundamentals of typography, spacing, color, hierarchy, and micro-interactions.
• Contribute to design systems with reusability & accessibility in mind.
• Run usability tests, iterate fast, and deliver dev-ready specs.
• Collaborate with developers for pixel-perfect implementation & QA.

6 months Internship Required

Must-Have Skills

• Soft Skills: Ownership, clear communication, curiosity, feedback-friendly, time management, collaboration, empathy.
• Design Skills: Responsive UI, visual design principles, component-based thinking, wireframing, accessibility basics.
• Research: Problem framing, usability testing.
• Handoff: Dev-ready deliverables, annotations, QA mindset.
• Tools: Figma, FigJam.

Nice-to-Haves

• Basic HTML/CSS
• Adobe Suite
• Motion/animation (Lottie, After Effects)
• 3D basics (Blender)
• Illustration skills
• Application RequirementsPortfolio (must-have)

At least 2 self-created case studies (full process: research → final design)
Ability to explain design decisions clearly
