Android Developer

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to join our team and help us design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge mobile applications for the Android platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that delight our users. You will leverage your expertise in Android development to build scalable and robust applications that meet our clients needs and exceed their expectations.   Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and objectives. Design and develop high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. Implement clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Integrate with backend services and APIs to deliver seamless user experiences. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to peers to maintain code quality and consistency. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Android development. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as an Android Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages. Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools. Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and guidelines. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter. Knowledge of Android Jetpack components and architecture components. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Firebase or AWS for mobile app development. Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Espresso or Robolectric.
