Sales Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Recruiter to join our HR team at TA.Textile.co. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent specifically for sales and marketing roles. You will play a crucial role in identifying skilled candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

This role demands someone who understands the dynamics of sales-driven teams and is able to identify candidates with strong communication, persuasion, and target-oriented mindsets. You’ll be working closely with team leaders and department heads to forecast hiring needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.

1. Education:

   • Bachelor's degree in any field (BBA, B.Com, BA, or related fields preferred)

2. Experience:

   • Fresher to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles

   • Internship or basic exposure to hiring/screening is a plus

3. Skills:

   • Strong verbal and written communication skills

   • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques

   • Ability to identify and evaluate sales-focused talent

   • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. (preferred)

   • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking

5. Location Preference:

   • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sikar, Rajasthan
