Position: Credit Controller/ Collection Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Collection Executive (Female) to manage payment follow-ups, coordinate with sales teams, and ensure timely collections from clients. Candidates with experience in payment recovery or outstanding amount collection are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Work on daily outstanding reports and pending payments
Coordinate with salesmen daily for customer location and outstanding details
Maintain daily follow-up sheets and collection records
Share outstanding details with customers and explain payment status clearly
Update HOD every evening regarding daily payment collections
Ensure timely payment entries and maintain records accurately
Follow up regularly to ensure timely payment recovery and issue resolution
