Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with 3 to 4 years of solid software development experience to join our remote technical engineering team. This position focuses heavily on active custom development, solution design, integrations, and technical troubleshooting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

This is strictly a hands-on technical software engineering role. The candidate will be expected to code, customize, build integrations, and extend system capabilities using plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, APIs, Azure services, and Microsoft Copilot/AI integrations.

Mandatory Qualification Criteria

Hands-On Experience: 3–4 years of core technical development experience in Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service.

Certified Expertise: At least ONE valid Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent) is strictly mandatory.

Travel & Verification Document: A valid Passport is MANDATORY. Candidates must be able to provide passport documentation upon request.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Core Development & Customization:

Design, build, extend, and support custom Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service solutions.

Perform hands-on configuration and customization across Entities/Tables, Forms, Views, Business Rules, Workflows, Business Process Flows, and Security Roles.

Develop custom plugins, workflow activities, JavaScript web resources, custom APIs, and backend extensions following standard Microsoft design patterns.

Customize and deliver features across Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Sales modules.

Power Platform & Cloud Development:

Build and manage Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Pages / Power Portals.

Work with Microsoft Dataverse architecture, custom tables, data models, and complex relationships.

Leverage Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) for application integrations and data processing pipelines.

AI & Copilot Capabilities:

Integrate and implement Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities (including Copilot Studio) within Dynamics 365 / Power Platform to enhance business operations.

Integration & Maintenance:

Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party software applications, external web services, and enterprise databases via Web APIs/REST endpoints.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application bugs, code defects, and performance issues.

Participate actively in Agile sprint activities (sprint planning, stand-ups, technical code reviews, and retrospectives).

Maintain clear technical design documentation, architecture diagrams, and release notes.

Required Technical Experience & Skills

Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service: 3–4 years of hands-on custom development experience. Deep understanding of D365 Customer Service functionality with functional exposure to D365 Sales.

Power Platform Suite: Strong hands-on development in Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages / Power Portals, and Dataverse.

Development & Coding Languages: Proficiency in C# (.NET), JavaScript, Web APIs, HTML/CSS, and OData queries for Dynamics plugin and frontend development.

Integration & Azure Services: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus for enterprise application integrations.

AI / Copilot Exposure: Working knowledge or practical exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI features within Microsoft solutions.

Methodology & Tools: Experience operating in Agile/Scrum teams using Git, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft deployment solutions.
