Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Informatica IDMC MDM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Informatica SaaS MDM, Customer 360, CDI, CAI, and MDM integrations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The role requires strong experience with MDM Hub components, data integration, data profiling, production support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement Informatica MDM Customer 360 solutions using IDMC.

• Configure and support MDM Hub components, including Hub Store, Hub Server, Cleanse/Match Server, and Cleanse Adaptor.

• Develop and maintain integrations using Service Integration Framework (SIF), Business Entity Services (BES), Cloud Data Integration (CDI), and Cloud Application Integration (CAI).

• Build and maintain CAI workflows and integrations with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), ERP platforms, Salesforce (SFDC), and downstream applications.

• Perform data profiling across heterogeneous data sources and support data quality initiatives.

• Work with Informatica REF360 and integrate it with relevant enterprise data management solutions.

• Support application enhancements, testing, release management, and production deployments.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize MDM application performance.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, customers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to deliver MDM solutions.

• Support the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Informatica MDM and data integration.

• Mandatory hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC / Informatica SaaS MDM.

• Strong experience with IDMC MDM and Customer 360.

• Working knowledge of Informatica CDI and CAI.

• Experience with SIF and Business Entity Services (BES).

• Strong understanding of MDM Hub components and configuration.

• Experience in data profiling, data integration, and data quality.

• Knowledge of Informatica REF360.

• Experience with on-premises Informatica tools, including IDQ and MDM.

• Strong database knowledge and SQL skills.

• Experience in SDLC, troubleshooting, release management, and production support.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
