We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in India. You will be expected to be in-office at least 2-3 days per week. : As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by generating new leads and booking sales meetings for the CEO. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have a strong work ethic, and be passionate about fueling growth. Your primary focus will be to identify, contact, and qualify potential customers, ensuring a steady stream of new business opportunities for the company. Key Responsibilities: Generate new sales leads through research, email outreach, and social media engagement (primarily LinkedIn). Qualify potential customers based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority. Schedule sales meetings on the CEOs calendar, providing detailed information on qualified leads and ensuring a seamless handover. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve the overall sales process. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, and meetings, in the CRM system. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales meetings booked. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the Industry sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Familiarity with the ecommerce / retail landscape and a genuine interest in Swaypays mission and product offerings.
