HR Manager

Role & responsibilitie

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. You will play a key role in shaping our company culture, ensuring compliance, and fostering an environment that promotes creativity and collaboration.

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
• Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent in the interior design
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
• Employee Engagement & Culture Development:
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
• Address employee concerns and ensure a harmonious work environment.
• Performance Management & Learning:
• Implement performance evaluation systems and feedback mechanisms.
• Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• HR Operations & Compliance:
• Manage payroll, attendance, leave policies, and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry best practices.s

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the design or architecture industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
