Job Description – Artist Onboarding & Membership Sales

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead artist onboarding and convert new sign-ups into paid memberships. You will pitch StarClinch subscription plans, manage artist profiles, and drive monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities

Onboard artists and guide them through profile setup
Pitch & sell membership plans (Economy / Premium / Elite)
Convert free sign-ups to paid members and meet sales targets
Maintain high-quality artist profiles and optimize visibility
Build strong relationships with artists across all categories
Collaborate with Client Relations, Marketing & Product teams
Track performance metrics and share conversion reports
Manage & mentor interns/associates

Requirements

2–3years of experience in artist management, talent relations, entertainment/media, or sales
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Negotiation skills and relationship-building ability
Familiarity with the entertainment industry & CRM tools
Organized, proactive & empathetic personality
Preferred: Female candidates
