Job Description – Artist Onboarding & Membership Sales

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead artist onboarding and convert new sign-ups into paid memberships. You will pitch StarClinch subscription plans, manage artist profiles, and drive monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Onboard artists and guide them through profile setup
• Pitch & sell membership plans (Economy / Premium / Elite)
• Convert free sign-ups to paid members and meet sales targets
• Maintain high-quality artist profiles and optimize visibility
• Build strong relationships with artists across all categories
• Collaborate with Client Relations, Marketing & Product teams
• Track performance metrics and share conversion reports
• Manage & mentor interns/associates

Requirements

• 2–3years of experience in artist management, talent relations, entertainment/media, or sales
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Negotiation skills and relationship-building ability
• Familiarity with the entertainment industry & CRM tools
• Organized, proactive & empathetic personality
• Preferred: Female candidates
