SQL Database Administrator / Database Analyst

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented SQL Database Administrator / Database Analyst to join our team on-site in Surat. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL databases, a passion for optimization, and a desire to grow in database administration and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and optimize structured SQL databases for high performance and reliability.
• Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support business operations and reporting.
• Implement database security measures to ensure data integrity and protection.
• Monitor, tune, and optimize database performance for efficiency.
• Assist in data synchronization and migration across systems as required.
• Collaborate with backend developers and other teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Document database processes, queries, and configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of SQL databases and structured data management.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform query optimization.
• Knowledge of database security practices.
• Understanding of data synchronization and transfer processes (basic knowledge acceptable).
• Prior experience in backend development technologies is a plus, with a willingness to transition to database-focused work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Hardworking, dedicated, and committed to staying with the company for 2–3 years.
