Social Media Executive

We’re looking for a creative and data-aware Social Media Executive who can bring brands to life online. You’ll manage daily content, engage with audiences, track performance, and help grow our digital presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) across social media platforms

• Manage day-to-day social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand voice

• Schedule content using social media management tools

• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions and respond in a timely, professional manner

• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and performance teams for campaign execution

• Track analytics and prepare regular performance reports (reach, engagement, growth, etc.)

• Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and viral formats

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and launches

• Support basic paid campaign coordination (if required)

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management (agency experience is a plus)

• Strong written communication and creative thinking skills

• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and content strategy

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive attitude with an eye for detail
