About Us

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions, ensuring a high-performance, motivated, and disciplined workforce.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and future growth plans.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Implement and enforce company policies, leave structures, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR records, contracts, and employee files.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Create initiatives to boost employee morale, motivation, and workplace culture.
  • Plan team-building activities, training programs, and performance reviews.
  • Address grievances and mediate workplace conflicts to ensure a positive work environment.

Performance Management & Training

  • Develop a structured performance evaluation system with clear KPIs.
  • Identify training needs and organize skill enhancement programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and leadership development.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Oversee salary processing, incentives, and employee benefits.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure timely payroll execution.
  • Develop employee retention strategies to reduce attrition.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: 5+ years in HR management, preferably in architecture, design, or luxury industries.
Leadership: Strong ability to build teams, handle conflicts, and drive workplace culture.
Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Personality: Proactive, approachable, and results-driven.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and evolving company needs.
Education: MBA or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
