Initiate outbound calls to potential clients (cold/warm leads) to promote IT products and services.
Understand customer needs, identify pain points, and suggest appropriate solutions.
Set up qualified appointments for the field sales or technical teams..
Follow up diligently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach scripts and messaging based on call feedback.
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management on calling activity and outcomes.
