Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR policies. The role involves working closely with management to ensure a positive work culture and employee engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage and oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. Develop strategies for effective sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, handling conflict resolution, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Lead the performance management cycle, including setting performance goals, conducting appraisals, and providing ongoing feedback. Support managers with tools to develop their teams effectively.
  • Training & Development: Design, implement, and oversee training and development programs to ensure continuous employee growth and skill development.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures. Analyze market trends and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Maintain and update HR policies in line with best practices and legal requirements.
  • HR Management System (HRMS): Utilize HRMS software to streamline HR processes, track employee data, and generate reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Employee Engagement: Promote initiatives to boost employee morale, foster engagement, and maintain a productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.
  • Proven ability to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Experience in the automation or industrial sector is preferred.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software and general HR systems.
