Process Optimization: Recommend alternative construction techniques or materials to achieve better price points without sacrificing quality.
Quality Control:
Inspection and Testing: Inspect materials and processes to ensure they meet quality benchmarks within the allocated cost parameters.
Material Cost-Quality Analysis: Review material submittals to ensure they meet both quality standards and price constraints.
Non-Conformance Management: Identify cost-impacting quality non-conformances and recommend budget-aligned corrective actions Work with contractors to mitigate rework costs caused by quality lapses.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare monthly quality and cost-efficiency reports for management review.
Key Skills Needed
BE Civil/B.Tech. (Civil), Diploma (Civil) with 1-2 years experience in residential building projects.
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and standards.
Experience in balancing quality requirements with project budgets.
Familiarity with codes and standards (ISO, IS codes).
Proficiency in cost estimation and QA/QC tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
