Key Responsibilities:
•Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy of the GCC
•Employee Relations Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment
•Talent Acquisition and Management Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent globally, ensuring compliance with local employment laws. Collaborate with clients to understand their talent needs and deliver tailored workforce solutions. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align talent strategies with business objectives
•Performance Management Manage performance appraisal systems that promote high performance and employee development
•Training & Development – Assess training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
•Policy Development – Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards while supporting business goals
•Change Management – Lead initiatives that facilitate organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of restructuring or growth
Qualifications:
•Masters in Human Resources
•Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in HR management, specifically within a Global Capability Center or similar environment
•In-depth knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and compliance issues
•Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
•Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management software
•Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous
